CASE STUDIES
RNS Institute of Technology (Bengaluru) partnered with Statice Tech to modernize two critical campus operations, staff attendance and connectivity. We deployed a facial recognition time attendance system across departments for both teaching and non-teaching staff, enabling real-time tracking and reporting while reducing manual effort, errors, and proxy attendance. In parallel, we upgraded the campus network with Aruba access points for stronger wireless coverage and Netgear switches for efficient routing, working closely with the in-house IT team to configure and optimize performance for high-bandwidth academic and administrative use. The rollout delivered measurable gains in operational efficiency, attendance accuracy, and network reliability, while creating a scalable foundation for future campus growth.

SHOBHA Forest View and SHOBHA Forest End, two premium residential communities in Bengaluru, partnered with Statice Tech (via our implementing partner) to strengthen on-ground security and create a centralized monitoring setup for smoother incident response and resident safety. We deployed 300+ high-resolution 5MP IP cameras across both complexes with structured CAT6 cabling, planned to minimize blind spots and enable reliable 24/7 coverage. A dedicated Command Centre was set up with advanced monitoring infrastructure and video management software to support real-time surveillance, incident logging, and faster response workflows. To improve internal road safety, we also implemented a radar-based speed identification system with a live display board that shows drivers their current speed, reinforcing speed limits and improving traffic discipline. The overall rollout enhanced resident peace of mind, reduced overspeeding risks, and established a scalable foundation that can support future smart security integrations.
Kethapayya Narayan Temple in Murudeshwara, Karnataka, managed by the Shri Sundarrameshwar Trust and known for being one of the tallest Shiva temples globally, required a surveillance upgrade to better manage daily crowds and strengthen on-site safety across its expansive coastal premises. Statice Tech designed and deployed a high-resolution IP camera surveillance system using strategic vantage-point placements across the temple’s 20-storied Gopuram, delivering clear long-distance visibility even in challenging lighting and high-footfall conditions. Live feeds were integrated into a central monitoring setup for real-time observation, while the entire installation was engineered for durability and weatherproofing to withstand the coastal environment and designed to scale for future expansion. The result was stronger crowd monitoring, quicker incident response, reduced dependence on manual patrolling, improved visitor confidence, and better protection of the temple’s heritage and infrastructure—without disrupting the site’s traditional architectural character.

IVAX Paper Chemicals Limited, a Bengaluru-headquartered manufacturer serving clients across India and overseas, partnered with Statice Tech to modernize workforce and facility operations across its growing sales team and multi-plant footprint. To solve on-the-go attendance challenges for traveling sales staff, we implemented Intelligent Time Pro, a web-based, mobile-friendly attendance platform that enabled real-time punch-ins and automated reporting. We also deployed a centralized, web-based visitor management system across all manufacturing units to standardize visitor registration, approvals, and tracking with better compliance visibility. For new facilities in Vizag (Andhra Pradesh) and Dahej (Gujarat), we implemented turnstiles integrated with facial recognition to deliver fast, contactless, and highly secure access control. Together, these solutions improved efficiency for employees and HR teams, strengthened security at critical sites, standardized processes across locations, and created a scalable foundation to support IVAX’s future expansion.
