RN SHETTY TRUST

The RN Shetty Trust wanted non- contact based attendance monitoring solution for the teaching staff at four educational institutes in Murudeshwar, Karnataka. Biometric facial recognition device with the Time-Attendance software was provided.

All the attendance data is stored on site and uploaded onto the cloud as well. All 4 educational institutes data can be monitored from a single site. Daily reports are provided in PDF and Excel format.

ValetEZ is an on-demand Valet booking mobile application . Everyday users desperate to find a parking spot in the hustle and bustle of Bangalore can now book a valet at designated locations and concentrate more on the business at hand rather than spend time finding a parking spot.

Naveen Beach Restaurant- a 50 seater restaurant - a part of Naveen Beach Resort in Murudeshwar, required a cloud based POS solution. The main challenge faced by the management was not having a system where they could monitor daily sales remotely, and also track each employees sales performance.

We recommended the POS solution from our partners, Loyverse . Lenovo Tablets installed with the POS software was provided to each waiter. A printer from our partners Sunmi was added to the Kitchen to act as a KDS ( Kitchen display system) , where each order receipt was printed immediately along with waiter name and table number. A Sunmi desktop device with attached printer was provided for the cashier to print the bill immediately once the order is closed. The entire system was installed and each of their 20 member staff was trained.

Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd. had set up a new Ceramic Tile manufacturing facility in Tumkur, Karnataka. They required an "Employee Time-Attendance Solution", having a device which would be robust and sturdy, adhering to the harsh usage by the workers in the factory. Biometric Facial recognition system with a Time Attendance software was provided at the location. This solution stores all the employee data on the cloud allowing the employees to enter and exit multiple times and managing multiple shift timings of the workers. Customized reports and integration to the existing client payroll software was also provided.

Deduce Technologies required a Time-Attendance and Access Control solution for three offices located in Bangalore and Gurgaon. Fingerprint-based Access Control & Time attendance solution was provided to the client, A solution was also provided to integrate the attendance records to the existing third party HR software.
